her liking this post is confirmation she’s uncomfortable with it. and who wouldn’t be? she’s uncomfortable because so-called ‘fans’ try to force a sexuality onto her and pick apart hers and her friend’s lives to prove they’re in a relationship and that their current and real relationships are PR. she’s uncomfortable because ‘fan’ speculation that she and karlie are secretly together doesn’t just impact her but impacts calvin, karlie and karlie’s boyfriend’s (who is NOT in the public eye and probably doesn’t want to be) lives. this speculation also relies on the idea that taylor would actively and gleefully deceive her own fans for financial/publicity reasons, which i’m sure taylor would find pretty upsetting.

stop implying people who realise that kaylor conspiracy theories are highly disrespectful are homophobic. stop pretending that fetishizing same sex relationships and taking away people’s right to self-identify is some noble crusade for the lbgtqia+ cause because it’s not.
